Changes to Home Care Services Starting 1 July.
Support at Home is a new government-funded aged care program replacing the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) from 1 July 2025.
The program offers simplified funding, new assessments, and better access to services, equipment, and home modifications to help older Australians remain independent at home.

What services will I get under Support at Home?
