It gives me great pleasure to contribute a few words about Home Care Assistance. I have been receiving their services for a couple of years now, and I say without reservation that I would not be able to live so well without their help. My case worker, Carly, is incredibly efficient and nothing is too much trouble for her. She provides me with prompt unfailing assistance. The care staff they send me are treasures who go beyond the call of ordinary service. During these challenging Covid times, restricted at home and not able to have other visitors, other than these Essential Services HCA help people, is a pleasure to welcome the cheery, immeasurably helpful HCA workers. My thanks and gratitude to this wonderful organisation.

Sewit is something special!  A colossal cleaner when it comes to Domestic Assistance. I would love to have Sewit attend every week on a Tuesday.

Mum was particularly fond of Renee, and she does have a nice manner with her. We believe that she will be the right person to help with some of the tidying and basic cleaning. Renee is able to encourage mum with cleaning tasks without overwhelming her and or taking away her independence.

Please pass on our thanks for Care Worker Shannon for her assistance yesterday with my father. He wanted to let everyone know that she was fabulous.

Everyone at Home Care Assistance has been lovely! Lydia, the physiotherapist through the package is very nice, and Jessica the Care Worker has been fantastic.

Mabinty arrived with a big smile on her face, was very friendly, and appeared genuinely happy. Mabinty completed all the tasks that I required, and even took the initiative to do some additional work that I hadn’t asked for. I was pleasantly surprised by her initiative.

Thank you to both Faye and Sarka who are both extremely caring and supportive with the support they provide my mother during her services. After assisting with Personal Care, they engage with her in a polite manner, and provide some much needed Social Support. We are very thankful to have them involved in her on-going care.

Ronald shared that he has been through a lot recently and expressed deep appreciation for Naomi. He stated that she is very competent and caring, and he is truly grateful for her support.

Everyone whom I have contacted at Home Care Assistance has been very helpful and efficient. I appreciated the information session on the government changes on 1st November 2025. Jo (my coordinator) could not have been more helpful with my requests.

Client complimented Lyss from rostering and CM for our understanding and being so kind and patient with her and taking the time to listen.
