Rostering Officers:

Rostering Officers are vital in ensuring that our Care Workers and clients are matched efficiently, allowing for seamless care delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, coordination, and communication.

What our Rostering Officers do

Develop and manage Care Worker schedules to ensure clients receive timely care
Be the first point of contact for client and employee inquiries
Monitor Care Worker attendance and make scheduling adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and shifts
Provide on-call coverage for after-hours roster needs

Care Workers:

Care Workers are the heart of our organisation, providing vital support that allows our clients to live safely and comfortably at home.

What our Care Workers do

Our Care Worker’s responsibilities can include helping with:

Personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing and grooming
