I NEED NDIS support
The first step to access support through the NDIS is determining your eligibility, which you can do via the NDIS website. If eligibleable, you can then proceed thorough the application process. Once approved, you will have an NDIS plan created. Rest assured; Home Care Assistance Sydney City and East can help guide you through the entire process from the application through to the service provision.

I HAVE NDIS support
When you have an approved NDIS plan, you can start arranging the services and supports you need put in place, according to your plan. For all your in-home care needs, Home Care Assistance South Sydney City and East are here to help, and we will work in partnership with you to ensure that your NDIS funded support is in place appropriately and without delay. If a Support Co-ordinator is included in your NDIS plan, our team will also work with them to get the support and services you need in place immediately.
