My Community Health & K-9 Cuddles

Join us for a morning of connection, learning and companionship as we welcome the My Community Health team and our special four-legged visitors from PAWS Pet Therapy.

Discover how My Community Health’s allied health services can help you maintain your independence, improve your wellbeing and continue living confidently at home. Then enjoy the calming benefits of spending time with certified therapy dogs, followed by morning tea and the opportunity to connect with fellow Home Care Assistance clients.

To finish the morning, we’ll enjoy a friendly game of bingo with prizes. It’s a wonderful way to encourage conversation, share a few laughs and continue the social connections that make our HCA Connect events so special.

My Community Health is Home Care Assistance’s allied health service, helping older Australians stay healthy, active and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

About PAWS Pet Therapy

We’re delighted to welcome Claire and Rexy from PAWS Pet Therapy.

Pet therapy is a wonderful way to promote wellbeing, reduce stress and bring people together. Spending time with certified therapy dogs has been shown to encourage conversation, lift mood and create meaningful social connections, making this a truly heartwarming experience for everyone.

There is one exciting change for our Sydney clients – our Sydney Chat & Connect has moved from a Tuesday afternoon to a Wednesday morning, making it easier for more clients to attend and enjoy the event.
