Join us for a warm, welcoming and interactive session focused on wellbeing, connection and the uplifting benefits of music.
This special HCA Connect event will feature guest speaker and performer Barak from Resonance Music Therapy, who brings extensive experience working with older Australians across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
During the session, Barak will explore how music therapy can support emotional wellbeing, connection, memory, mood and overall quality of life. Guests will also enjoy a live and interactive music experience designed to uplift, engage and connect attendees through the power of music.
The session will also include practical ideas and strategies to help older Australians stay independent, active, connected and well at home.
